We've all heard the old saying: "A beard keeps you warmer in the winter." But is it true?

The person pictured above decided that there was only one way to find out. You can read more about it at his website. Given that he is an avid winter athlete, he participated in a barrage of activities and he discovered that--to him anyways--having a beard really is warmer. So, if you live in an inhospitable climate, then I encourage you all--ladies included--to grow a beard.
